Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We apologise for the delay in the Polar engineer getting to site. The Polar warranty is covered by the manufacturer and we agree that the response time in this instance is not good enough. We are doing everything we can to speed this up.
