We are obviously sorry that your experience of Caterkwik has fell so far short of where we aim for. We apologise sincerely and can only stress that at every point we acted with the very best intentions and whilst we did encounter some problems getting the goods to the Isle of Skye in as timely a manner as we pride ourselves on delivering we were doing the best we could based on the information provided to us by our couriers. Please consider that the major courier networks can subcontract out deliveries to the highlands and Islands - at least on the last leg of the journey. This did leave us in a difficult situation regarding the information coming back to us and is one of the reasons we try to use our own drivers in our own vehicles wherever possible. Regarding the vent kit - we will make additional reference to the optional Vent Kit on the dryer. Thank you for your valued feedback.
