How do we deal with fake reviews?

We apologise sincerely for the delay. The machine did set off but our van encountered some problems and we've had to reallocate the delivery. rest assured the machine will be with you shortly. Lucy in logistics is doing her best to make this happen as soon as possible.

We apologise sincerely. The product in question was a return/graded item. There was only 1 graded stainless steel knock out drawer available and we are sorry that we were unable to remove it from sale quickly enough following it's purchase by another customer. Our (new) product is almost half the price of any of the competition I can see so although we did charge £4.95 for next day DPD delivery please be assured that all in all you did enjoy probably the lowest price in the UK for that item. However, we do accept 100% that we needed to be faster removing the sold item from our website and for that the relevant persons will be soundly thrashed..
