Many thanks for your feedback. We can send to Amsterdam and were in the process of pricing the delivery. We will investigate how this miscommunication came about and we are sincerely sorry for the misunderstanding that resulted.

We apologise for the delay. We did investigate immediately but yes we certainly should (and normally do) acknowledge all correspondence immediately. We did have a signed proof of delivery and this took a little to while to get to the bottom of. I believe that we have now been in touch directly and are making our best efforts to make amends.

We guess that your comment refers to the short delay delivering your goods. We did our very best to ensure there was no delay and pushed hard to reduce the delay as soon as it became apparent that there would be one.
