I bought the oven online , i received a phone call saying they needed my card details to verify my address ( even though the payment had been made and all details supplied) Two payments then went out at 1p each, not so much the amount but the cheek of it ! The after sales service here is appalling, my oven stopped working after 2 months , When i rang i was told that without my full card details they would do nothing about it, i told them i was not authorising any further payments at least 3 times ( they already had me on that one), Shirley told me to put the phone down and to ring back when i had thought about it as they were going to do nothing without the card details, I reluctantly agreed to give details and guess what ........ my card was debited for £200, Shirley said it was my fault as I had made a fuss about tgiving card details. Now awaiting a refund, if I'm lucky I suspect As for the oven well think we might as well forget about them doing anything I will never buy from them again,I'm sure they are breaking rules with the compliance of processing card payments here !! BEWARE
