Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Bad experience with mistakes order charge £80 for nothing.. I called before they delivered the product but they said restock charge £80 This look like rip-off

Many thanks for your feedback. The goods were out for delivery and Uropa (trade division of Nisbets) strictly applied their restocking terms. We are working hard to convince Uropa to re-evaluate their policies regarding abortive delivery charges generally but with reference your order I understand our customer service people have been in touch.

Many thanks for your feedback. The goods were out for delivery and Uropa (trade division of Nisbets) strictly applied their restocking terms when cancellation was requested. We are working hard to convince Uropa to re-evaluate their policies regarding abortive delivery charges generally but with reference your order I understand our customer service people have been in touch.
