Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We apologise that we slipped a day over the 5 days quoted initially. We are working hard to grow our own logistics teams and while we're confident that the many benefits this brings to our customers make this a worthwhile endeavour we do appreciate that any delay can cause inconvenience. We do have the option of using next day couriers if required and normally, by communicating closely with our customers, we get it right 99% of the time.
