We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Note only companies, not individuals can use the online ordering.

I originally ordered online, as an individual - not a company. It was not clear from the website that only online orders would be accepted from businesses. A week passed without order update - and...

We apologise for the inconvenience incurred. It is true that we have additional security procedures in place for domestic customers (individuals or non-business customers), but we can and do accept orders online from non-business customers. The additional security measures should come into place only in certain scenarios (happy to discuss if you would like to give me a call) and it appears that in this instance they were applied unnecessarily.
