Dear Sir, many thanks for the feedback and apologies for the delay getting the machine delivered. We are delivering the unit via our own fleet, there really are many benefits to our deliveries over a courier although we're not always as quick (yet). All the delivery options should have been discussed at the point of order. However, we're really proud that our comms are often rated as excellent and I'm already investigating what has gone awry in this instance. I have down graded my rating since purchase because: It took a week for the service engineer to come out I have been told that I probably will not be compensated for damage to the wash load - Not sure if this has been escalated to senior management as I have not been contacted? I have not been given any definitive answers to my questions as yet because I have to wait for the test results upon it's return. Hopefully this won't take another week! A plus is that I was offered a loan machine in the mean time (which I declined as I am wary of the suitability for our type of wash load) and I was assured that the manufacturer had been contacted regarding the suitability for large polyester items. I await the results and hope that this is resolved quickly and I am compensated to replace the damaged items.

I have indeed been contacted by Steve and I am really happy with how issues that we had, have been dealt with. A new replacement machine was shipped out and I have been reimbursed straight away for the damage that occured. I could not ask for more really. I would give 5 stars but feel that our issues should have been escalated to senior management sooner so that I didn't have the feeling of being left in limbo However, things have now been resolved and I would purchase again from Cater Kwik knowing that they will do their utmost for their customers.

I am pleased to update this review as our issues have been dealt with fully. We have had a brand new machine delivered but unfortunately, the machine seems as though it is not suitable for our marquee roof linings, which are very large pieces of polyester fabric. The wash cycle works fine, but there are issues with the drain and spin function because the machine detects an imbalance. Although damage has occured on occasions for us, I believe that this due to type of wash load we have personally. Normal wash loads such as towels and smaller items we had no issues with and the machine washed them well. The machine is a great price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for regular wash loads.
