Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Not great service, wanted to change the delivery address, but told this was not possible for security reasons. Unable to provide a delivery time Two faults with the goods, one resolved one still...

Regrettably, we do have certain security measures regarding change of address deliveries and we are sorry if this caused inconvenience for you. The order was fabricated directly from Parry and we can only get a time on the day of despatch due to the suppliers couriers route plan not being set until despatch on the day of delivery. We apologise for the missing foot, we replaced it as quickly as possible and we'll be replacing the over tightened damaged nut too. We appreciate your order didn't run smoothly and we apologise for that but we did try our best to rectify the issues as they arose. Many thanks for your feedback.
