Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Please accept my apologies for the differentiation in colour. unfortunately due to the natural nature of timber and the pressure treatment method used we cannot always control the variation of colour between panels, I would also recommend putting a colour treatment on your new panels to enhance them further. Goos delivery and service. Dealt with an issue speedily. Low score because hit and miss panels were much poorer quality than expected.

Quick delivery,gate easy to fit,it will never fall off because of the size of the hinges!! They look like they are the wrong ones and could support the gate on any average castle. But who cares...
