Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that the shed has not quite met your expectations. While there is more assembly involved than with a traditional wooden shed, there is also far less aftercare required so you will more than make back the time invested. We would also recommend the purchase of the foundation kit in association with this shed. It does improve the rigidity of the shed and we are sure you would have found this beneficial. I will pass on your comments regarding assembly instructions however and arrange for these to be looked at.
