Item not delivered when promised. Customer services didn't do anything to help the situation, just blamed their delivery company and told it wasn't up to them to sort out. Item finally arrived days...

Please accept our apologies for the confusion. Delivery on this product is advised as up to 5 working days, and regrettably there is no provision for a certain day to be selected for delivery. The order was delivered within the 5 working days as advised, but we are of course very sorry that the incorrect item was delivered, and that it had been damaged in transit. We would have arranged to get a replacement to you, but appreciate that this was now too late so a collection was arranged. We have had very good feedback on the shed, and we are sure that you would also have been happy with it once assembled.
