Hello, Thanks for your honest and valued review today. Timber is a natural product, it will never be 100% waterproof, this is something that we cannot prevent, unfortunately. You used Cuprinol Ducksback on your smooth timber building, it states on the tin that this is for rough-sawn timber only. The qualities within this product will not be working correctly on your product. I can see that your replacement parts were delivered to you on 25/11, and there has been no contact since.
