I have looked at your order and can see you never contacted us to help resolve these issues, which is disappointing, however please feel free to reach out to discuss these points with our customer services team, they will be able to supply replacement parts and additional back screws. I've passed this on internally so we can look to improve next time round, but we hope you find the time to reach out to our team so we can resolve the issues for you
