Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that the driver that was scheduled to deliver your item did run out of legal driving hours. As a result, he was staying in the area overnight, to ensure delivery of your item went ahead the next day. Alternatively, your delivery could have been rebooked for a different date, though this may have been several weeks in the future. I am very sorry that your delivery could not go ahead as planned.
