Next day delivery not available due to stock-out despite website saying in-stock. I am owed a refund as I paid £45 for next-day actually got 5 day service. Not received refund yet despite 'phonecall.

With regard to the refund of difference in cost between next day and standard delivery we have 14 days in which to process the refund and can confirm that the refund has been processed. We are very sorry to hear you are not happy with your BSO experience. With regard to the delay we can only apologise yet again and point out that the delay was with the manufacturer not ourselves and we were unaware of the delay prior to taking your order and did notify you as soon as we were made aware. We did offer you a full and immediate refund but you told us that it was no problem and that you were happy to wait. In relation to the request to return the goods unfortunately it has been almost 8 weeks since the goods were delivered which is the reason we cannot accept the goods back. We aren't aware of any company who offer 8 weeks to return goods just because they are no longer wanted. Hopefully this clears up any misunderstandings.

Need to improve communication. Told it wouldn't be delivered till Tuesday (wanted it Monday) 3 different phone calls from them re the deliver and it did come on the Monday !!!
