We are very sorry to hear you are not happy with your BSO experience. Just to clarify though, we did not send you the wrong size, you told us that you had ordered the wrong size at which point we offered to swap it for you. However, as you are aware through the photographs we emailed you, when the goods were returned to us they were in a terrible condition hence the reason we could not accept them. Last time we spoke you were going to take this matter up with the courier company, we hope they can compensate you for any damages you believe they may have caused to your goods. With regard to the second window being faulty we have not disputed this with you at all, we have contacted Velux with a view to repairing or replacing this under warranty and are currently waiting for their approval at which point we will contact you. Hopefully this clears up any misunderstandings.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your BSO experience. Just to clarify what happened; You received a door and signed for it as being in good condition. Then 8 days later you contacted us to say it was now damaged and you required a replacement. As we're sure you can understand we cannot replace a door that was damaged after you signed for it and took it into your premises. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
