Thank you for taking time out to leave us feedback. Having looked at your order we can see that 1 pack of insulation was refused at time of delivery for which we can only apologise. In regard to the refund we have up to 14 days to issue a refund but can see that we actually refunded you within 7 days in keeping with our normal high levels of customer service. Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Looking at the order we can see it was delivered a day late for which we can only apologise. As we did not charge you delivery on the order we could not offer a refund of any delivery charge to compensate for it being a day late. In regard to the 1 damaged board, again please accept our apologies but remember that you do have 48 hours from receipt to inspect those particular goods and let us know of any damages. Had you let us know we would have happily offered a refund or replacement. Thank you again for your custom.
