Thank you for your feedback. Having looked into this we can see that the courier failed to deliver the door on the day requested for which we did apologise and refund the full delivery charge back to you. In regard to your request to deliver at 5pm we did say at the time that the courier does not offer a timed service but we would pass the request on in case there was anyway they could do it. With regard to the price increase, we like all retailers are constantly changing prices whether it be due to our buying prices changing or because we have launched a special offer. Once again sorry for any inconvenience the delay caused, we have logged a complaint with the courier in the hope that this does not happen again. Thank you for your custom.

In regard to the kerbside delivery this is not a cost cutting exercise, we have only ever offered kerbside delivery on this product and do state this on our delivery page which we would encourage customers to read prior to ordering.
