Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We have looked through your order notes and would just like to clarify a couple of points. We can see you placed an order for a particular sized board which was confirmed on both your confirmation email and your invoice and was what we delivered. You then called us to say it was incorrect and you wanted us to swap it for a different size. The collection cost was because you asked us for a price to collect the goods and £15 is rather inexpensive when you think of the size and weight of the boards and compare that to the price to send a small parcel. Also, we did not ask for a bank statement at any point, you emailed us one to prove what you had paid for but we already knew this and did not require proof. Regarding the delivery date, we offered a different date due to logistics but did state at the time you did not need to accept that date but upon speaking with you it was clear that you did not mind at all. We would like to apologise again for any misunderstandings but hope that this explains everything and we look forward to seeing you again. Thank you for your continued custom.

Would not use BSO again poor communication, fobbing of the customer with lies with regards to receiving photos of damaged goods. Would not recommend to anyone! The staff seem to lack basic English...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We have looked into your order and can see that you reported some damaged plasterboard after delivery. We asked you to supply photographs so we could launch a claim with the delivery company, in the mean time we arranged for them to be collected and asked that you make them available. Your reply to this, which you put in writing was " I'm not messing about picking out the damaged boards". Even so we sent a vehicle to you but upon arrival the driver was told that the boards had in fact been used in the loft. In reply to your statement regarding us lying about receiving photos this simply is not the case, we asked you to submit them via the RMA system which you would not do hence the delay in us receiving them. Lastly we would like to state that a lack of basic English and communication skills is thankfully not something that any of the BSO staff suffer from. Hopefully this clears up any misunderstandings and shows that we always offer a high level of customer service. Thank you once again.
