The customer service is excellent......not sure the quality of the phone signal is as good as I expected....there is sometimes an echo and an inability for a good two-way conversation.

your tech support suggested disabling DMZ on router....but this is already the case.
We are still experiencing calls which are not fluid or smooth....very bumpy and almost like "one-way" intercom!

I spoke to a tech support person....not much help.....Our broadband strength is good....just the phone call quality that isn't! Do you have an answer?
Poor service, they do not Honor promotions and you have to chase them with no success. Thinking of cancelling. Call quality also not the best. Constantly feels that someone is trying to listen into...
Constant clicking on line. Phoned twice and don't seem to be able to fix.v annoying

We apologise for the inconvenience. One of our advanced tech support agents will investigate the issue . We may be able to provide some replacement cordless phones but there are only 2 handsets included with ours and they might not be a suitable replacement for yours.

I had some initial problems with my new router positioning and sound but Vonage was very quick to help out and rang back when they said they would to check all was now OK. Excellent helpful service.
