Very little contact really across the whole on boarding process. Number porting was requested nothing happened for weeks And weeks with no contact at all then notified that it had alll happened ok.
Just upgraded from Premium Unlimited to Premium Unlimited World as I make the occasional; European call. Swell worth it, the upgrade procedure was so easy to do online and the new package started...

Good, reliable connection. Occasionally 'lines busy' declaration. No caller ID. If I hesitate when dialling a number I have to go back to beginning - annoyingly.
