Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the inconvenience caused on your alarm system. I will attempt to address each of your comments.
1. Unfortunately it is not possible to develop our service to be compatible with alarm systems which use a modem connection.
2. It is a regulatory requirement for 999 calls to connect over Vonage and we are compliant.
3. Our service includes an enhanced voicemail service please contact our support team if you require assistance or refer to our voicemail support page https://support.vonage.co.uk/articles/answer/Vonage-Voicemail-546.
4.Most of our system messages are recorded in a British accent.
5.The number transfer process can be complicated and it involves multiple agencies. Some elements are outside of our control but we actively chase all parties to complete number ports ASAP.
6. It is not necessary for people on the same exchange number to use the dialling code when call your number.

Your answer to No 6 is incorrect. I tried dialling a friend without using the dialling code. The dreadful American voice says, "Lines are temporarily busy." So I dialled again with the dialling code and got straight through. My friend confirmed that he had not been on the phone so the line was not "temporarily busy". As you have not got No 6 right and I have, why should I believe your answer to No 2? And I have never heard any message with a British accent so I doubt you are right about No 4. Regarding No 3, yes I have discovered how to do this but was looking for the same service on 1571 as per other operators I have used.

Sorry to hear that. The issue you describe is included in the agent support material and the steps to resolve it are clearly defined. The agents involved will receive additional coaching. Determined to move from Vonage but the system seems to be working OK now.
The changeover to Vonage has been problematic to say the least.Months to get back original number then phone not receiving incoming calls for most of August. The system appears to be working OK now....

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience during your number transfer. The porting process can be complicated , it's a manual process involving multiple agencies and some elements are outside of our control. The porting of your number took much longer than normal due to a network related problem.
