1. Unfortunately it is not possible to develop our service to be compatible with alarm systems which use a modem connection.
2. It is a regulatory requirement for 999 calls to connect over Vonage and we are compliant.
3. Our service includes an enhanced voicemail service please contact our support team if you require assistance or refer to our voicemail support page https://support.vonage.co.uk/articles/answer/Vonage-Voicemail-546.
4.Most of our system messages are recorded in a British accent.
5.The number transfer process can be complicated and it involves multiple agencies. Some elements are outside of our control but we actively chase all parties to complete number ports ASAP.
6. It is not necessary for people on the same exchange number to use the dialling code when call your number.
