First I'd like to thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Whether positive or negative, we use all reviews to identify areas for improvement. Please know that a member of our team will be reaching out to you privately, however, I wanted to hopefully remedy some of the concerns mentioned here.
Due to the number of hotels we work with, it can be problematic to have the up-to-date operating hours of each meal period readily available when putting together each itinerary. However, I understand your frustration with the timing of your Loch Ness tour and am sorry that you were not able to enjoy that experience.
I understand that you experienced mobile phone issues while in the UK that affected your ability to call our 24/7 Traveler Hotline. Regrettably, we were unable to assist in this case. Our hotline is always the best way to get in contact with us for emergencies as we always have a staff member on duty to respond quickly and efficiently.
I am not sure why you did not receive an automatic car, however, I know that many rental car companies across Europe are experiencing low inventory and high demand.
