We are sorry to hear of the disappointment with your order, unfortunately our live products do sometimes take longer to grow on than we originally anticipate which does cause delays and we can only apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are sorry to hear that it took some time to get this resolved unfortunately due to data protection we do have to speak to the account holder however we are sorry that we did not get back to you as expected.
