After investigating the details of your order placed on 11/17, I see that it was indeed delivered to you on 11/28. I completely understand your frustration with the delay caused by the carrier, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Unfortunately, delays during transit is difficult to gage but we do try to communicate these delay to our customers the best we can.
