Good Morning Thanks for your review. This particular product does have a money back guarantee on it because it is such a popular product, however can I make a couple of suggestions? Please remove all food stuffs including any traps. That will allow the unit to work more effectively. If you still find you are having problems we would be happy to send you a new unit.
