The Petplan representative was very chatty and pleasant, would have liked a cheaper quote though, I pay the same amount of insurance for both my cats as for my one dog.

Staff member pleasant. Not impressed that I had to phone to get a better price rather than sending the best price on renewal.

Reasonable quote, easy to apply. Particularly like that the cover is for the life of my cat, unlike some which end when the pet reaches a certain age.
