I don't feel that your prices reflect a customer's loyalty in remaining with you. Even if you have never claimed you still have to pay even more for your policy the next year.

Foreign call centre. Exclusion for one off bout of sickness unrelated to any long term illness and no further problems. Was told exclusion would be for 3 months however, policy documentation doesn't...

It is hard for me to comment as I have only had it for couple of months and not had to claim anything. Did not like the lack of contact regarding the end of my 4 weeks free that I got from my vet....

The service and help on the customer service line had been really excellent, I did have to call twice as we still hadn't received our policy documents over 14 days from taking out the cover.
