I spoke to two operators on the day I took out the insurance. Both conversations were difficult because both operators had foreign accents and some of what they said I just couldn't understand.

Enquiring about taking out a policy was handled very professionally by the young man on the phone. When I had to make a claim, it was settled with a direct payment to the vet with no fuss or bother.
