We sincerely do appreciate you taking the time in providing your Feedback. I have located your Order, and I sincerely do apologize for shipping you the wrong Hoody. I see that a Return Label was sent to have the Incorrect Item returned and the replacement Order should be shipping as early today..

We would like to Thank you for taking the time to provide your Feedback. We sincerely do apologize for the lack of communication for the Backordered item.
Unfortunately, our Warehouse is located in the same building as our Showroom/Store. Our Inventory is Not updated as quickly as we would like when a purchase is made in the Store. We are working diligently to correct this matter. We have addressed contacting our Customers immediately regarding any Stock Issues in advance of shipping so our Customer's can make any changes if need be prior to shipping.
We hope this incident will not have a negative impact and we look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Thank you for your Feedback.. I sincerely do apologize for the lack of communication with the Backordered Leader.. It is Customary to inform the Customer when there is an Item Backordered.. We can either Ship the Available Items or wait to Ship the Order Complete if we are experiencing a delay..
I do see that the Backroder has been shipped and was actually delivered yesterday..
