Thank you for taking your time for providing your Feedback. I have located your Order and I can understand your Frustration due to the delay. There was obviously a reason for the expedited delivery.. We sincerely do apologize!

I do see that the Order was placed on Friday and Express/3 Day Delivery was selected. Since we do Not process Orders over the weekend, we will notify Customers as soon as possible regarding any Stock Issues. We are currently in the process of working on resolving the matter with our Inventory. Our Warehouse is located in the same building as our Showroom/Store and when there is a purchase in the Store, there is a delay in updating the Inventory.
