Thanks Patty, thanks for the response. Everyone there in customer service seemed nice. Just frustrating that I had to send back a couple items (I didn’t order) at my cost and I never did receive a couple trolling leads I ordered yet I believe I was charged for them. I even called back a couple times and was told they were in stock and would ship out but I never saw them. I’m also still waiting on some sleeves but that’s no big deal.

Package I received had one wrong set of hooks. The service rep when I called was great. She sipped out a replacement immediately.
