Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Highly recommend, helpful and down to earth staff

I found the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful! Lovely lady. The claim went though after a few months which was great. I highly recommend especially if you have ferrets.
