Hello Ashley, Thank you for giving us this positive review - but we're concerned to hear that you haven't received any paperwork from us. New policy documents should be emailed to you automatically when you purchase a new pet insurance policy online. (However, they are not currently available to view/download from the website - but I promise that we are working on that.) We did try and call you to confirm that we had the correct contact details for you, but had to leave a voicemail. Maybe you'd be kind enough to call our support team on 0345 982 5505 so that we can check your account information and then send you any documents that you are outstanding. (Please do not share any private contact information in your Feefo replies as this is a public forum which anybody can read.)
