By default, we do email most customer documents (we are trying to save paper), but we do appreciate that not everybody has access to a printer and can confirm that you always do have the option of requesting that a copy of any documents we generate are sent out to you by post - all you need to do is ask for the hardcopy when you contact us. To resolve the problem you've reported, I have today arranged for copies of the documents we emailed to you on 26/07/2021 to now also be posted out to the address we hold on file for you. These should arrive in the next 10 days, but please do let me know if you do not receive them for any reason. I do hope that you're happy with the actions taken to resolve this.
