Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great budget insurer but a p*ss taker on the renewal fee.

I am very disappointed with my renewal being a 50% increase, especially when they know I can't shop around due to my pets age. Other than that I would say their service is excellent for a budget...
