Hello Brian,Thank you for rating us 4*s!We are very grateful to hear that you you were treated kindly by our claims department .However At renewal this year, we had to factor in the claim we had paid out on, which is the primary reason you have seen your premium increase.Insurance premiums are reviewed annual and if nothing else changes, then there is a good chance that your NET premium will start to reduce at future years renewals.
