Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good service I would prefer faster delivery.

As straight forward as I expected. Claim was met less excess. Did take a little while but we r living in unusual times. Claim included a bill from another vet due to Coronavirus, but was necessary.
