Costsaver Reviews

Thank you for such a positive review. It is encouraging to hear that the Travel Director and Coach Driver performed so well, and that the places visited across Central Europe made for a rewarding experience. We are sorry, however, to learn that the air conditioning proved inadequate at most hotels, even after a room change, particularly given the warmth of the season, and we recognise how this can affect comfort throughout a stay. We shall ensure your comments are escalated to our Operations Department for further review and appropriate action. Your note regarding the need for coins for facilities in some cities is also a useful, practical observation for future travellers.

Thank you for your kind review of your Eastern Europe trip. It is encouraging to hear that the service throughout was friendly and attentive, with every detail well taken care of. We are equally pleased that, despite the busy pace, the itinerary proved worthwhile overall. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a positive review of your Irish Wonder trip. We are pleased that your Travel Director's knowledge of the history and culture of the places visited, along with his recommendations for pubs and free-time activities, contributed so much to your experience. We are pleased, too, that the optional excursions, including the medieval castle banquet and the black taxi tour, proved worthwhile additions to your itinerary, and we appreciate your recommendation of these to future travellers. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and we hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for your feedback on your UK and Ireland tour. We are pleased that the flexibility to pursue independent activities during the tour met your expectations. Your suggestion to allow bookings further in advance, both before and after the tour, is well taken, particularly given that the starting location does not offer a full impression of London. We will pass this observation on to our planning team for their consideration. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback.

Thank you for such a positive review of your Jewels of Italy tour. We are pleased that the Optional Excursions added such value, with the arranged transfers, reduced queuing and knowledgeable Local Guides offering a level of convenience that would be difficult to replicate independently. We are pleased, too, that the early starts proved worthwhile in allowing so much to be included within a week, and that the tour appealed across generations within your family. We will be sure to pass on your kind words regarding your Travel Director and Coach Driver. Thank you again for taking the time to share such a detailed and generous review, and we hope to welcome your family on another tour in the future.

Thank you for such a positive review of your heritage tour. We are pleased that your Travel Director's warmth and detailed knowledge of local lore across the UK, Wales and Scotland made such an impression, and that your Coach Driver's courteous and customer-focused approach added further to the experience. It is particularly encouraging to hear that both made you feel so well looked after throughout the journey. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your kind recommendation.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. It is great to read that the Travel Director took such a personalised approach to the itinerary and made every effort to ensure you felt informed and comfortable throughout your journey. The highlighted daily schedules, helpful reminders and individual assistance clearly made navigating each day much easier. We are particularly pleased to read about the Travel Director’s extensive knowledge of Japan, including the history and culture, as well as their willingness to go above and beyond by personally accompanying guests to the bus stop for their airport transfer. This level of care and attention can make a significant difference to the overall travel experience. It is also great to read that you were able to experience so much of Japan’s culture and history in just ten days. We appreciate your constructive advice regarding the Optional Experiences and the limited time available for independent exploration. We understand that finding the right balance between organised activities and personal time is important, and your suggestion to consider extending the stay or being selective with additional experiences is valuable. Thank you for choosing to travel with us and for sharing your experience and helpful advice. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.
