Costsaver Reviews

Thank you for sharing such a detailed account of your experience with the Lake Moraine Sunrise excursion. We are sorry to hear that it fell so far short of what was described, particularly the unescorted hike in darkness over steep terrain, without cell service or emergency provisions, and we recognise how concerning this must have been for both you and your mother. We also note your comments regarding the crowded conditions, which contradicted the "crowd-free" description, the standard of the breakfast provided, the lack of a suitable protein option for your mother's vegan diet, and the discrepancy between the price listed on the itinerary and that shown on the website. These are serious concerns, and we shall ensure they are escalated to our Operations Department for further review and appropriate action.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your Great Britain and Ireland tour. We take note of your comments regarding the Dublin dinner and cabaret, particularly the dated nature and length of the show, as well as the standard of the food, and we appreciate you suggesting that this be reconsidered in favour of something fresher. We are pleased, by contrast, that the Welsh evening met with your approval, and we shall pass your feedback along for consideration as we review our included evening entertainment. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a positive review. It is encouraging to hear that the tour offered such scenic value, helping to inform where you might wish to explore further in Italy, and that the Travel Director's knowledge and the overall planning of the itinerary met your expectations well. We take note of your comment regarding the two hotels located further from the town centres, and we shall pass this along for consideration, while we are pleased that the remaining accommodation met the standard you have come to expect. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review of your Britain and Ireland Costsaver tour. It is encouraging to hear that your Travel Director and Coach Driver performed so well, and that the itinerary allowed you to see a great deal along the way. We take note of your reflection on choosing all the Optional Excursions, and we appreciate you sharing this, as it is a useful reminder for future travellers to consider balancing free time with personal downtime according to their own preferences. Your comments regarding the London excursion, the extra free day ahead of the group's arrival, and the absence of airport transfers and luggage handling on Costsaver tours are also helpful points of clarification for others considering this itinerary. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a positive review. It is encouraging to hear that the tour ran efficiently and made such good use of the seven days, offering a genuine sense of the places you might wish to explore further. We take particular satisfaction in itineraries that serve as a springboard for future travel in this way, so it is rewarding to know this came through so clearly in your experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a considered review of your Costsaver Italian tour. It is encouraging to hear that the itinerary was well organised and covered a good number of locations across Italy, and that the overall tour cost represented strong value. We take note of your comments regarding the hotel locations, and we recognise that requiring additional transportation to reach restaurants and bars can affect the overall convenience of a stay. Your observation about factoring excursion costs into the overall budget is a useful one for future travellers to consider. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a positive review. It is encouraging to hear that the Travel Director and Coach Driver performed so well, and that the places visited across Central Europe made for a rewarding experience. We are sorry, however, to learn that the air conditioning proved inadequate at most hotels, even after a room change, particularly given the warmth of the season, and we recognise how this can affect comfort throughout a stay. We shall ensure your comments are escalated to our Operations Department for further review and appropriate action. Your note regarding the need for coins for facilities in some cities is also a useful, practical observation for future travellers.

Thank you for your kind review of your Eastern Europe trip. It is encouraging to hear that the service throughout was friendly and attentive, with every detail well taken care of. We are equally pleased that, despite the busy pace, the itinerary proved worthwhile overall. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a positive review of your Irish Wonder trip. We are pleased that your Travel Director's knowledge of the history and culture of the places visited, along with his recommendations for pubs and free-time activities, contributed so much to your experience. We are pleased, too, that the optional excursions, including the medieval castle banquet and the black taxi tour, proved worthwhile additions to your itinerary, and we appreciate your recommendation of these to future travellers. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and we hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.
