Costsaver Reviews

Thank you for such a positive review of your Irish Wonder trip. We are pleased that your Travel Director's knowledge of the history and culture of the places visited, along with his recommendations for pubs and free-time activities, contributed so much to your experience. We are pleased, too, that the optional excursions, including the medieval castle banquet and the black taxi tour, proved worthwhile additions to your itinerary, and we appreciate your recommendation of these to future travellers. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and we hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for your feedback on your UK and Ireland tour. We are pleased that the flexibility to pursue independent activities during the tour met your expectations. Your suggestion to allow bookings further in advance, both before and after the tour, is well taken, particularly given that the starting location does not offer a full impression of London. We will pass this observation on to our planning team for their consideration. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback.

Thank you for such a positive review of your Jewels of Italy tour. We are pleased that the Optional Excursions added such value, with the arranged transfers, reduced queuing and knowledgeable Local Guides offering a level of convenience that would be difficult to replicate independently. We are pleased, too, that the early starts proved worthwhile in allowing so much to be included within a week, and that the tour appealed across generations within your family. We will be sure to pass on your kind words regarding your Travel Director and Coach Driver. Thank you again for taking the time to share such a detailed and generous review, and we hope to welcome your family on another tour in the future.

Thank you for such a positive review of your heritage tour. We are pleased that your Travel Director's warmth and detailed knowledge of local lore across the UK, Wales and Scotland made such an impression, and that your Coach Driver's courteous and customer-focused approach added further to the experience. It is particularly encouraging to hear that both made you feel so well looked after throughout the journey. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your kind recommendation.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. It is great to read that the Travel Director took such a personalised approach to the itinerary and made every effort to ensure you felt informed and comfortable throughout your journey. The highlighted daily schedules, helpful reminders and individual assistance clearly made navigating each day much easier. We are particularly pleased to read about the Travel Director’s extensive knowledge of Japan, including the history and culture, as well as their willingness to go above and beyond by personally accompanying guests to the bus stop for their airport transfer. This level of care and attention can make a significant difference to the overall travel experience. It is also great to read that you were able to experience so much of Japan’s culture and history in just ten days. We appreciate your constructive advice regarding the Optional Experiences and the limited time available for independent exploration. We understand that finding the right balance between organised activities and personal time is important, and your suggestion to consider extending the stay or being selective with additional experiences is valuable. Thank you for choosing to travel with us and for sharing your experience and helpful advice. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your London to Rome Highlights journey. It is great to read that, despite the busy schedule and the opportunity to visit four countries, you had such an enjoyable experience. We are particularly pleased to read your kind comments about the Travel Director and their commitment to going above and beyond to ensure the group had the best possible experience. We are also pleased that the Local Specialists provided such informative insights and that the Coach Driver was kind, helpful and ensured you travelled safely throughout the journey. We appreciate your comments regarding the accommodation and will share your feedback with the relevant teams as we continue to review the guest experience. Thank you for choosing to travel with us and for sharing your experience. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour so much, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Thank you again for sharing your experience; we hope to welcome you on a future trip.

Thank you very much for such a candid and constructive review. We are pleased to hear that the Local Guides added real value to each location, and that the Coach Driver's contribution met with your approval. We take note of your comments regarding the Travel Director's manner, and we are sorry that her directness at times came across as abrupt, particularly during the morning briefing you describe. This is valuable feedback, and we will ensure it is passed on so that communication style can be considered as part of ongoing development. We also note your preference for an additional night in Vienna, and your suggestion that Optional Excursions such as the lakes and mountains might be better included within the core itinerary rather than offered as Optional Excursions. This is useful input, and we will bear it in mind when reviewing the structure of future tours. Thank you again for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback; we hope to welcome you on a future trip.
