Costsaver Reviews

Thank you for such warm and comprehensive feedback. It is encouraging to hear that your Travel Director's knowledge and entertaining approach made such a positive impression, and we will ensure this recognition is passed on to him directly. It is also good to know that the accommodations met a high standard throughout, and that your Coach Driver managed difficult circumstances with such skill and good grace. Your Local Specialists sound to have added further value with their personable and knowledgeable approach, and it is particularly rewarding to hear that this itinerary included every destination you had hoped to visit. Thank you once again for such a generous review and for recommending Costsaver so warmly. We hope to welcome you on another journey before long.

Thank you for such a detailed and considered review. It is most gratifying to hear that your travel director and driver formed such a strong team, with his helpfulness, humour and constant availability, and his notable skill in manoeuvring the coach, both leaving such a positive impression, and that the majority of your hotel rooms and their service met such a good standard. We are genuinely concerned, however, to hear of your experience at the Park Inn by Radisson at Shannon Airport, and we recognise how unacceptable it is for a single traveller, having paid the appropriate premium, to be allocated bedding of this size, particularly when this appears to be a recurring practice at that property. We shall ensure this is escalated to our operations department for thorough review and appropriate action, as it falls well short of the standard we expect for our travellers.

Thank you for such an enthusiastic review. It is most gratifying to hear that your Travel Director went so far beyond expectations in keeping everyone engaged, and that you learned something new each day, while your Coach Driver's skill and consistent good humour kept the coach running smoothly and on time throughout. We are equally pleased that the tour offered such a well-rounded introduction to Europe's beauty, culture, food and history, and it is rewarding to hear this has prompted you to consider your next adventure with Costsaver and Trafalgar. We very much look forward to welcoming you on tour again.

Thank you for such a positive review of your Best of Britain and Ireland tour. It is encouraging to hear that the fast-moving pace suited you well, and that your Travel Director's performance stood out throughout. We are equally pleased that the tour represented good value overall. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a considered review. It is encouraging to hear that the Travel Director and Coach Drivers performed well, and that the accommodation was generally of a good standard. We take note of your comments regarding the amount of downtime when Optional Excursions are not taken, the hotels' distance from town centres, and the fast pace of the tour occasionally limiting time at particularly interesting locations. This is useful feedback, and we shall pass it along for consideration as we continue to review the balance within our itineraries. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for your kind review. It is encouraging to hear that the trip went well overall, with both the hotels and the standard of driving proving excellent. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a generous review. It is most gratifying to hear that the trip proved so well organised and represented such good value, with your Coach Driver's skill on the roads and your Travel Director's contribution rounding out the experience so well. We are pleased that the coach, hotel standards and breakfasts met your expectations throughout, and we take particular note of your comments regarding the bathtubs and the difficulty this posed given your disability. We are glad one hotel was able to accommodate your shower needs, and we shall ensure this feedback is escalated to our Operations Department so that greater consideration can be given to such needs across all properties in future. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a kind review of your nine-day Ireland tour. It is encouraging to hear that both your Travel Director and Coach Driver conducted themselves with such professionalism throughout. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to those concerned, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.

Thank you for such a detailed and constructive review. It is most gratifying to hear that the service provided throughout was excellent, and that touches such as the Irish coffee at the woollen mill, the wooden souvenir coaster and the stop in Sligo added such a memorable dimension to the trip. Your suggestions regarding the Titanic museum are particularly useful, both the recommendation to allocate more time to the third and second floors, given their focus on the sinking and survivors' experiences, and your idea of clearer signage or a mirror to ease the bottleneck at the fourth-floor queue. We shall pass these observations along for consideration, as such practical insight is genuinely valuable in helping us advise future travellers. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on tour again before long.
