It is great to read that the Travel Director and Coach Driver provided excellent service and that you enjoyed the Optional Experiences, itinerary and comfortable coach. We are also pleased to read that you learned so much while exploring the West and that the chef at Angel Bright took the time to discuss your dietary requirements with you. We appreciate how important this personal attention can be when travelling with specific dietary needs. We are sorry to read that your stay at the Golden Nugget did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the reception service, the elevator arrangements, the presence of solicitors and the difficulty of finding suitable dining options for one of your party's dietary requirements. We also appreciate your comments about being allocated rooms on different floors. It is encouraging to read that your stay at the Hendricks Hotel in Flagstaff was a much more positive experience, particularly with the welcoming staff and convenient restaurant nearby. We also appreciate your comments regarding Motel 8 and Ruby's, including the issues with the ice machine, thin walls, bathroom accessibility and older facilities. Your detailed feedback regarding the accommodation and service at each property is valuable and will be shared with our Operations team for consideration when reviewing the overall guest experience.

We are sorry to read that the location of several hotels made it difficult and costly to access the city centres, and that you felt there were too few included sightseeing experiences once you arrived at each destination.
