Costsaver Reviews

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to read that you felt more meals should have been included, particularly given the high cost of dining in some of the destinations visited. We understand your point that group meals may offer greater value, and we appreciate your comments regarding this aspect of the itinerary. We are also sorry to read that the location of your hotel in an industrial area limited your options for exploring independently, especially when no activities were scheduled during that time. We understand how disappointing it must have been to feel that there were few appealing alternatives available, particularly when the Optional Experiences came at an additional cost. Your comments regarding the choice and pricing of the Optional Experiences, as well as the amount of free time available, are valuable. We will share this feedback with our Operations team for consideration when reviewing future itineraries. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Your comments will be shared with our Operations team for consideration when reviewing our accommodation offerings. Thank you for choosing Costsaver and for sharing your experience with us.
