How do we deal with fake reviews?

Deposits taken- withdrawn !

Take money for deposits out when they are due to come out. Money came out early put me overdrawn with my bank!

I have tried calling you on the telephone a few times to discuss your concerns, I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our renewal process, our deposits for the new year insurance are due on the renewal date or within 10-14 working days after that date. But your 9 monthly instalments will then continue on the 1st of each month after that.
