Very helpful lady at desk, checked all I asked her too, The service was excellent but the extra cost of putting a young driver onto my policy was shocking.

Had to phone 3 times before I got claim form posted out! Impossible to get answer by phone or email regarding progress of claim how ever in the end claim processed fairly quickly
