We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Typically, processing takes 1–2 working days, although this may vary depending on circumstances. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, unfortunately, we’re unable to influence the delivery speed.

I have been ordering yarn and supplies for many years with Webs and I love their customer service and have never had any issues with shipping!!
I plan to continue ordering from Webs for years!
I find WEBs service fast and responsive. My last order of Malabrigo Rios came and did not like the color so I sent it back and ordered a different color. Both transactions were smooth and painless.
I was very pleased with the selection of yarns and the quickness of the shipping. What I was not a fan of was the shipping policies. There is sale yarn and then there are web specials. They are...
It too so long for the package to be delivered, so I had to pay more to have this one come sooner.

The estimated timeframe for shipping depends entirely on the carrier and the destination. Unfortunately, once the package has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to expedite the delivery. We understand how important timely delivery is and sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused, including the need to select a faster shipping option.
