We also appreciate your suggestion regarding fibre filtering. We understand how helpful it would be to see only 100% natural fibres when that option is selected, rather than blends appearing in the results. Currently, if the fibre you select is present in a yarn, even if it’s blended with another fibre, that yarn will still appear in the results, as it does contain the selected fibre.

We’re sorry that the shade appeared different in person compared to the website image. While we do our best to ensure product photos are as accurate as possible, colors can sometimes vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and dye lots.

Shipping time was much longer than advertized. Website says processing in 1-2 days, took nearly 10 days to get package.

Your order was placed on 01/19/2026 and dispatched from our warehouse on 01/21/2026. Once a package leaves the warehouse, it may take a few business days to reach and be processed by the courier’s facility. Please note that we do not have control over how quickly the carrier processes the package.
While our website indicates that typical processing time is 1-2 business days, this can sometimes be affected by holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances, as detailed on our shipping information page. I love WEBS - but their tracking is a bit creepy.
